Commission Sales Associate - JPiller Packing
JPiller Packaging is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for packaging technology, sales, and client success. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the manufacturing and packaging sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate leads for potential clients in need of aerosol solutions, including Open Top and Bag On Valve (BOV) technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Educate clients about JPiller Packaging's services, including specifying, sourcing, and installing new equipment or locating and refurbishing used equipment with modern technology.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the JPiller team to provide clients with customized solutions tailored to their manufacturing needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors to effectively position JPiller Packaging's offerings in the market.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and product information, to prospective clients.
- Represent JPiller Packaging at industry conferences and events to build the brand and expand your network.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, packaging, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Familiarity with aerosol packaging solutions, Open Top, and Bag On Valve (BOV) technology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Knowledge of smart manufacturing technologies is a plus.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position. The more you sell, the more you earn!
